These Terms of Use govern access to nitho.com, including product information, support materials, manuals, downloads, forms and other website features. Purchases are governed separately by the Terms of Sale.

You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes and to obtain information about NiTHO products and support. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, scrape or harvest personal data, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, or use the website in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

Content submitted through support, review, creator, distributor or contact functions must be lawful and relevant. We aim to keep information accurate and current, but products, games, platforms, firmware and compatibility may change. Follow the manual, firmware notes and product-specific safety information. Support content does not replace mandatory safety instructions or professional advice where such advice is required.
