NiTHO wants people with disabilities to be able to browse products, obtain support information and complete purchases through nitho.com.

Our accessibility approach

We are working toward a website experience aligned with recognised accessibility practices, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our target. This is a goal and not a claim that every page or third-party component currently conforms.

What we are working on

  • Keyboard access and visible focus for navigation, forms, dialogs and checkout-related controls.
  • Clear headings, labels, link purpose, error messages and status information.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and accessible names for controls.
  • Sufficient colour contrast, scalable text and layouts that remain usable when zoomed.
  • Accessible product information, manuals, support content and policy pages.
  • Testing of important customer journeys and remediation of confirmed barriers.

We will review the request and provide a reasonable alternative where practicable.
